Contact supportHow much do I pay at the start?
Only the deposit for your system, and only after your application is approved. The amount is shown before you submit and is fixed from then on. Applying with a sales representative can mean a lower deposit than applying online.
What do I need to apply?
Your NIN and your NIN slip (or a passport, driver's licence or voter's card), a phone camera for a live photo, your phone number, your address and roughly what you earn each month. It takes about ten minutes.
Why do you need my NIN and a selfie?
To confirm the application is really yours and protect you from fraud. Your NIN is encrypted and shown only as its last four digits; only verification staff can see more, and every view is recorded.
How long does approval take?
Usually a day or two: a verification officer calls you to confirm the details and the costs, then decides. You can follow every step in your account.
How do I pay each week?
From your account with a card, bank transfer or USSD, and you get a receipt straight away. Never give cash to anyone, and never pay into a personal account.
What happens if I miss a payment?
The system pauses until you top up again, then switches back on. Talk to us early if things are hard: we will look at your options with you. We never shame you or contact your family about money.
Can I pay it off early?
Yes. Ask for a payoff amount in your account at any time. Once it is paid, the system is yours.
What if something breaks?
Report it from your phone with a photo. Faults covered by warranty are repaired or replaced, and we review your payments while the system is out of service.
A sales rep asked me for cash. Is that normal?
No. Our representatives never collect money. Please report it to support straight away; it helps us protect you and others.
Which states do you serve?
